Meet Denise

The Shields Agency is delighted to welcome Denise Serbantez, our newest team member, to the fold. Raised in San Angelo, Texas, Denise brings with her a wealth of experience and a compassionate spirit shaped by her upbringing in the country. After graduating from high school, she pursued her education at Cisco Jr College, where she earned a soccer scholarship. 

Denise's journey eventually led her to Fort Worth, where she has called home for the past 18 years. With a background spanning 14 years in the medical field, including roles as a CNA, Medical Assistant, and NCT (x-ray tech), Denise discovered her passion for helping others early on. For the past seven years, she has been a licensed agent primarily focused on Life Insurance, with a recent shift towards expanding her expertise in health-related services, particularly in the complex realm of Medicare. Her genuine desire to assist others is evident in her patient approach, attentive listening, and understanding of everyone's unique needs. 

As a mother of three boys, Denise cherishes her family, finding strength and inspiration in their support. Her eldest has recently embarked on his college journey, while her youngest is navigating the halls of high school for the first time. Denise's commitment to her family, coupled with her dedication to professional growth, reflects her deeply rooted values of empathy, patience, and understanding.
